Pain is your body’s way of telling you that something is wrong. In some cases, pain resolution is complex. Pain might stem from, or be exacerbated by: disease, job stress,  relationship stress, or any other stress.

Most often, myo-fascial pain results from either an acute injury, or a chronic misuse or overuse pattern. These pages can help you deal with myo-fascial pain and joint range of motion issues.
